At Lumi Gadget, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

✅ 5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of order delivery. If 5 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or offer a refund.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging with all manuals, labels, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used/opened electrical components or gadgets

  • Customised or special-order products

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Gift cards or vouchers

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at thisispooja12@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for return approval before sending the item.

  3. If approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label (if applicable)

    • Packing and courier instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will be rejected.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary.
